Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast or dinner? It’s a little bit of both all in one.

Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients (Makes about 4 servings)

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

6 large eggs, scrambled but still moist

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions

3 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup (4 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 450

1)      Spray pan, Unroll pizza dough onto a 12 inch pizza pan

2)      Pat dough and form a rim around the edges

3)      Spoon the scrambled eggs over the dough

4)      Sprinkle the onion, peppers and bacon over the eggs

5)      Sprinkle the cheese over the top evenly

6)      Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the crust is lightly brown
