Banana Blueberry Peanut butter Smoothie

You just need a blender!

Ingredients

Makes one serving

1 medium banana, broken into three pieces

3 small handfuls of blueberries

1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I use Smuckers  Natural Creamy Peanut Butter)

1 cup Organic Vanilla Silk Milk (or regular milk) (Or count to 4 when pouring and you don’t even have to measure)

BLEND until smooth!!

Purchase in 3 packs at Costco

Each ingredient is up to your liking. You can add more peanut butter or use crunchy depending on the texture you like. This is my favorite smoothie! I also love Organic Vanilla Silk Milk. I think it makes cereal so much sweeter.  If you haven’t had it, give it a try!
